PIPELINES ACT 1967—REGULATION

(Relating to pipeline search fees)

HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of the Pipelines Act 1967, has been pleased to make the Regulation set forth hereunder.

Commencement

1. This Regulation commences on 1 January 1994.

Amendment

2. The Pipelines Regulation 1993 is amended by omitting from item (13) (a) of Schedule 1 the matter “30” and by inserting instead the matter “32”.

EXPLANATORY NOTE

The object of this Regulation is to increase to $32, from $30, the fee that must accompany an application for a pipeline search under section 50A of the Pipelines Act 1967. The increase will apply from 1 January 1994.

The Regulation is made under the Pipelines Act 1967, including section 69 (the

general regulation making power) and section 50A.
