HIS HONOUR:   I have before me an ex parte application for leave to issue a proceeding brought by Mr Pignat and Ms Pignat.  On 25 February 2013, Justice Crennan gave a direction pursuant to rule 6.07 of the High Court Rules that the Registrar refuse to issue or file the writ of summons without the leave of a Justice.  Mr Pignat and Ms Pignat applied for leave on 19 March 2013 and the matter came before me.  I refuse leave to issue the proceeding.  I publish my reasons.

The Court will now adjourn.
