AN ACT to amend section fourteen of the Pig Industry

Compensation Act, 1942.

BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty,by and with the advice and consent of the Legis- lative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows

Short title. 1. This Act may be cited as the Pig Industry Com- pensation Act Amendment Act, 1949, and shall be read as one with the Pig Industry Compensation Act, 1942 (Act No. 38 of 1942), hereinafter referred to as the principal Act.

Citation of 2. The principal Act, as amended by this Act, may be

Amendment	3. Section fourteen of the principal Act is amended
of 8.14.

by deleting in line one of paragraph (c) of subsection one, the word "registered" and inserting in lieu thereof the word "ordinary".
