HER HONOUR: This is an ex parte application for leave to issue a proceeding. The process in question appears to relate to the termination of the applicant’s employment. The applicant requires leave because on 1 June 2006 a Justice of this Court directed, pursuant to rule 6.07 of the High Court Rules 2004 (Cth), that the Registrar refuse to issue the application unless the applicant first obtained the leave of a Justice. The applicant now seeks that leave.

The application which the applicant seeks to issue would, if issued, be an abuse of the process of the Court.  It is not intelligible and contains no arguable ground for the leave sought.  Leave to issue the process is therefore refused.  I publish that order.

Adjourn the Court.

AT 9.35 AM THE MATTER WAS CONCLUDED
