Application for approval of the Piacentini & Son Pty Ltd Roy Hill AWU Greenfields Agreement 2013 - Correction of Nominal Expiry Date.
The decision issued by Fair Work Commission on 18 November 2013 [[2013] FWCA 8991, PR544586] is corrected as follows:
1. By deleting paragraph 4 and inserting the following:
“[4] The Agreement was approved on 18 November 2013 and, in accordance with s.54, will operate from 25 November 2013. The nominal expiry date of the Agreement is 25 May 2017.”
