s1 2 s6 Physiotherapy Amendment (No. 1) No. 345, 1995 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Physiotherapy Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1995 . ˙ Commencement 2. This regulation commences on 1 January 1996. ˙ Regulation amended 3. This regulation amends the Physiotherapy Regulation 1965 . ˙ Replacement of heading 4. Heading preceding section 1, ‘Part 1’— omit, insert — ‘ PART 1—PRELIMINARY ’. ˙ Omission of s 3 (Forms) 5. Section 3— omit . ˙ Replacement of s 9 6. Section 9— omit, insert — ˙ ‘ Rescission of resolution ‘ 9. A resolution passed at a meeting must not be rescinded at a subsequent meeting unless notice of such a motion is given at least 7 days before the meeting.’.
