2 Physiotherapy Amendment (No. 1) No. 510, 1993 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Physiotherapy Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1993 . ˙ Commencement 2. This regulation commences on 1 January 1994. ˙ Amended regulation 3. The Physiotherapy Regulation 1965 is amended as set out in this regulation. ˙ Replacement of s.3 4. Section 3— omit, insert— ˙ ‘Forms ‘3.(1) The prescribed forms for the purposes of the Act are the forms approved by the Board. ‘(2) A person may request the Board to provide a document setting out an approved form. ‘(3) The Board must comply promptly with a request. ’. ˙ Amendment of s.11 5.(1) Section 11(1)— omit ‘ on the prescribed Form No. 1 hereto ’, insert ‘ in the approved form ’. (2) Section 11(2)— omit ‘ prescribed Form No. 2 shall ’, insert ‘ approved form must ’.
