Physiotherapists Registration Regulations1 (Amendment)

The Australian Capital Territory Executive makes the following Regulations under the Physiotherapists Registration Act 1977.

Commencement

1.  (1)  This regulation commences on the day on which these Regulations are notified in the Gazette.

(2)  Regulation 2 commences on 1 September 1993.

Registration fees etc.

2. Regulation 3 of the Physiotherapists Registration Regulations is amended by omitting from the table—

“Section 15 .................................................................................     52

Paragraph 18 (1) (b).....................................................................    52”

and substituting—

“Section 15 .................................................................................     54

Paragraph 18 (1) (b) ....................................................................    54”.
