Regulations under the Physiotherapists Registration Ordinance

I, RALPH JAMES DUNNET HUNT, the Minister of State for Health, hereby make the following Regulations under the Physiotherapists Registration Ordinance 1977.

PHYSIOTHERAPISTS REGISTRATION REGULATIONS

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Physiotherapists

Registration Regulations.

2. In these Regulations, "the Ordinance " means the Physiotherapists

Registration Ordinance 1977.

3. The prescribed fee for the purpose of a provision of the Ordinance specified in Column 1 of the following table is the amount specified in Column 2 of that table opposite to the reference to that provision.

4. (1) The prescribed fee for an inspection of an entry in the Register is $1 .

(2) The prescribed fee for a certified copy of an entry in the Register is $2.

5. For the purpose of paragraph 14 (4) (c) of the Ordinance, the prescribed subjects are anatomy, cardiovascular conditions, electro­ therapy, exercise theory, human growth and development, musculoskeletal conditions, neurological conditions and physiology.
