I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Physiotherapists Registration Act 1999 .25 June 2007

1Short titleThese regulations may be cited as the Physiotherapists Registration Regulations 2007 . 2CommencementThese regulations take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette. 3Prescribed national physiotherapists bodyFor section 19(1) of the Physiotherapists Registration Act 1999 , the Australian Physiotherapy Council (ACN 108 663 896) is prescribed as a national physiotherapists body.

Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.

These regulations are administered in the Department of Health and Human Services.
