Physiotherapists Registration (Fees) Amendment Regulations 2001

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Physiotherapists Registration Act 1999 .28 November 2001

1Short titleThese regulations may be cited as the Physiotherapists Registration (Fees) Amendment Regulations 2001 . 2CommencementThese regulations take effect on the seventh day after the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette. 3Principal RegulationsIn these regulations, the Physiotherapists Registration (Fees) Regulations 2000 are referred to as the Principal Regulations. 4Schedule 1 amended (Fees) Schedule 1 to the Principal Regulations is amended as follows: (a) by omitting item 1 and substituting the following:

(b) by omitting item 2 and substituting the following:

Annual registration fee

Section 20(1)(c) , section 35(2)(a) and section 38(1)
