An Act to amend section 26 of the Physiotherapists Registration Act, 1945, to exclude from the operation of that Act the practice of a registered chiropractor or osteopath. [Assented to, 21st December, 1978.1

BE it enacted by the Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty, by and with

the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of New South Wales in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :—

Short title. 1* This Act may be cited as the “Physiotherapists Registration

(Chiropractic) Amendment Act, 1978”.

Amendment	3.	The Physiotherapists Registration Act, 1945, is amended—

(b) by omitting from section 26 (2) (c) the words “as aforesaid” and by inserting instead the words “under the Dentists Act, 1934”;
