Amendment Rules (No. 2) 1999

Made by the deputy of the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These rules may be cited as the Physiotherapists Registration
Board Amendment Rules (No. 2) 1999.

2.            The rules amended

The amendments in these rules are to the Physiotherapists
Registration Board Rules 1952*.

3.            Rule 1 renumbered

The second rule numbered 1, headed "Meetings and
Proceedings of the Board", is renumbered as rule 1A.

4.            Rule 24 amended

Rule 24 is amended as follows:

(a)	in paragraph	(a) by deleting -32-	and inserting
instead — " 50 ";

(b)	in paragraph	(b) by deleting "55" and inserting
instead

44     75 ”;

(c)	in paragraph	(e) by deleting "16" and inserting
instead —
