Physiotherapists' Registration Amendment (Fees) Regulations 1998

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Physiotherapists’ Registration Act 1951 .30 November 1998

1Short titleThese regulations may be cited as the Physiotherapists’ Registration Amendment (Fees) Regulations 1998 . 2CommencementThese regulations take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette. 3Schedule 2 amended (Fees)Schedule 2 to the Physiotherapists’ Registration Regulations 1986 is amended by omitting "62" from item 2 and substituting "75".

These regulations are administered in the Department of Health and Human Services.
