Physiotherapists (Qualifications) Regulations 1999

The Governor in Council, on the recommendation of the
Physiotherapists Registration Board of Victoria, makes the
following Regulations:

1. Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to prescribe
a qualification in physiotherapy granted in South
Africa as a qualification recognised for the
purpose of registration as a physiotherapist in

Victoria.

2. Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 28 of the Physiotherapists Act 1978.

3. Qualifications for registration

In Schedule 1 to the Physiotherapists
Regulations 19921 under the heading "(i) South
Africa", for the entry relating to "University of
Capetown" substitute—
