Physiotherapists (Qualifications) Regulations 1997
The Governor in Council, on the recommendation of the
Physiotherapists Registration Board of Victoria, makes the
following Regulations:

1. Objective
The objective of these Regulations is to prescribe qualifications in physiotherapy granted in Canada and South Africa as qualifications recognised for the purpose of registration as a physiotherapist in Victoria.
2. Authorising provisions
These Regulations are made under sections 12 and
28 of the Physiotherapists Act 1978.
3. Schedule of qualifications amended
In Schedule 1 to the Physiotherapists Regulations
19921—

under the heading "(h) Canada", after the entry relating to Dalhousie University insert—
