Physiotherapists (Fees) Regulations 1997

The Governor in Council, on the recommendation of the
Physiotherapists Registration Board of Victoria, makes the
following Regulations:

1. Objective

The objective of these regulations is to increase the fees payable to the Physiotherapists Registration Board of Victoria for registration and renewal of registration as a physiotherapist.

2. Authorising provisions

These Regulations are made under sections 12, 14 and 28 of the Physiotherapists Act 1978.

3. Commencement

These Regulations come into operation on

1 December 1997.

4. Fees increased

In regulation 7 of the Physiotherapists Regulations
19921 for paragraphs (a) and (b) substitute—

Physiotherapists (Fees) Regulations 1997

S.R. No. 135/1997

"(a) for registration $160.00
(b) for renewal of registration $130.00".
