Physiotherapists Amendment Regulations

(No. 2) 2004

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Physiotherapists
Amendment Regulations (No. 2) 2004.

2.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Physiotherapists
Regulations 1951*.

3.             Regulation 25 amended

After regulation 25(b)(iv) the following subparagraph is inserted —

(iva) Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist;

4.            Schedule 1 amended

Schedule 1 is amended as follows:

(a) after item 5 by inserting the following items —
