Physiotherapists Amendment Regulations 2009

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Physiotherapists Amendment
Regulations 2009.

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(conferred during or after 2008)
(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;

(b) the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

3.            Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Physiotherapists Regulations 2006.

4.            Regulation 5 amended

In regulation 5(2) in the Table:

(a) in the item relating to the Australian Capital Territory

after row 1 insert:

Master of Physiotherapy University of Canberra

(b)	in the item relating to Queensland after row 5 insert:
Bachelor of Physiotherapy	James Cook University
(conferred during or after 2008)
