Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.
Citation
1. These regulations may be cited as the Physiotherapists Amendment
Regulations 1996.
Schedule 1 amended
2. Schedule 1 to the Physiotherapists Regulations 1951* is amended by
inserting after item 16 the following —
Canada
17. Bachelor of Physical Therapy or Diploma in Physical Therapy of the University of Alberta.
18. Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy from 1970 onwards of Dalhousie University.
19. Bachelor of Physical Therapy or Diploma in Physical Therapy of the University of Manitoba.
20. Bachelor of Physical Therapy or Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy of McGill University.
21. Bachelor of Health Sciences in Physiotherapy of McMasters University.
22. Diploma in Physiotherapy of Mohawk College of Applied Arts and Technology.
23. Diploma in Physiotherapy or Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy of Queens University.
24. Diploma in Physical Therapy (between 1976 and 1982) Bachelor of Physical Therapy (between 1974 and 1983) or Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy (from 1981 onwards), of the University of Saskatchewan.
English Examination. 25. Diploma in Physical and Occupational Therapy or Bachelor of Science (Physical Therapy) of the University of Toronto.
26. Bachelor of Science in Medical Rehabilitation (Physical Therapy) of the University of Western Ontario.
Provided that graduates holding a qualification referred to in items 17 to 26 have fulfilled the necessary internship requirements to qualify for membership of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association.
27. Bachelor of Science in Rehabilitation of the University of British Columbia.
28. Bachelor of Science (Physiotherapy) of the University of Montreal.
Provided that graduates holding the qualification referred to in items 27 and 28 have fulfilled the necessary internship requirements to qualify for membership of the Canadian
Physiotherapy Association and have passed the Occupational

30. National Diploma in Physiotherapy of Pretoria College of Physiotherapy.
31. Bachelor of Science (Physiotherapy) of the University of Witwatersrand.
32. National Diploma in Physiotherapy of King Edward VIII Hospital, Durban.
33. Bachelor of Science (Physiotherapy) of the University of Cape Town.
34. Bachelor of Science (Physiotherapy) of the University of Stellenboch.
Provided that graduates holding the qualification referred to in item 34 have passed the Occupational English Examination.
