Her Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Physiotherapists Act 2001.

Explanatory note
The object of this Regulation is to amend the Physiotherapists Regulation 2002 to provide that hands may be cleaned by using non-water cleansers or antiseptics, whether or not washing facilities involving water and a soap or antiseptic are available.
This Regulation is made under the Physiotherapists Act 2001, including section 133 (the general regulation-making power).

1 Name of Regulation
This Regulation is the Physiotherapists Amendment Regulation 2006.
2 Commencement
This Regulation commences on 31 March 2006.
3 Amendment of Physiotherapists Regulation 2002
The Physiotherapists Regulation 2002 is amended as set out in
Schedule 1.
