195 Qu itslMn r ANNO QUARTO DECIMO ELIZABETHAE SECUNDAE REGINAE No. 18 of 1965 An Act to Amend "The Physiotherapists Act of 1964" in certain particulars [ASSENTED To 27TH APRIL. 1965; BE IT ENACTED by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Queensland in Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:- 1. (I) Short title. This Act may be citcd as " The Physiotherapists Act Amendment Act of 1965." (2) Principal Act . " The Physiotherapists Act of 1964 " is in this Act referred to as the Principal Act. 3) Collective title . The Principal Act and this Act may be collectively cited as " The Physiotherapists Acts. 1964 to 1965." 2. Commencement of Act. This Act shall come into operation on a date to be fixed by the Governor in Council by Proclamation published in the Gazette.

Subsection (1) of section sixteen of' the Principal Act is amended by omitting the words " has attained the age of twenty-one years and ". 4. Amendment of s. 25. Section twenty-five of the Principal Act is amended by omitting the words. symbols and letters "- (a) practise physiotherapy; (h) ".
