The Australian Capital Territory Executive makes the following Regulations under the Physiotherapists Registration Act 1977.

Citation
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Physiotherapists Registration Regulations (Repeal).
Commencement
2. (1) Regulations 1 and 2 commence on the day on which these Regulations are notified in the Gazette.
(2) Regulation 3 commences on the day on which section 16 of the Physiotherapists (Amendment) Act 1994 commences.
Repeal
3. The following regulations are repealed:
Regulations 1977 No. 30 and 1982 No. 42 and Subordinate Laws
No. 15, 1992 and No. 33, 1993.
