His Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following
Regulation under the Photo Card Act 2005.

Explanatory note
The objects of this Regulation are:
| (a) | to increase the fees for Photo Cards, and |
| (b) | to increase the penalties for offences dealt with by way of a penalty notice issued under the Photo Card Act 2005. |
The increases are generally in line with movements in the Consumer Price Index. regulation-making power).

1 Name of Regulation
This Regulation is the Photo Card Amendment (Fees and Penalty Notice Offences)
Regulation 2016.
2 Commencement
This Regulation commences on 1 July 2016 and is required to be published on the
NSW legislation website.

4 Fee for Photo Card
The fees prescribed for the issue of a Photo Card are:
(a) for a new 10-year Photo Card—$93, (b) for a new 5-year Photo Card—$52, (c) for a replacement Photo Card—$25.
