His Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following
Regulation under the Photo Card Act 2005.

Explanatory note
The object of this Regulation is to prescribe a fee of $89 for the issue of a 10-year Photo Card. (Currently regulation-making power).
Photo Cards are issued for 5 years, for a fee of $50.)

1 Name of Regulation
This Regulation is the Photo Card Amendment (Fee for 10-Year Card) Regulation
2015.
2 Commencement
This Regulation commences on 16 March 2015 and is required to be published on the
NSW legislation website.
3 Amendment of Photo Card Regulation 2014
Clause 4 Fee for Photo Card
Omit clause 4 (a). Insert instead:
(a) in the case of a new 10-year Photo Card—$89, or (a1) in the case of a new 5-year Photo Card—$50, or
