Phosphate Fertilizers Bounty Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE ADMINISTRATOR of the Government of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Phosphate Fertilizers Bounty Act 1963.

Applications for bounty

Regulation 5 of the Phosphate Fertilizers Bounty Regulations is amended—

(a) by omitting from sub-regulation (3) “Fifty pounds” and substituting “$100”;

(b) by omitting from sub-paragraph (i) of paragraph (d) of sub-regulation (4) “tons” and substituting “tonnes”; and

(c) by omitting from sub-paragraph (i) of paragraph (e) of sub-regulation (4) “tons” and substituting “tonnes”.
