Pharmacy Regulations2 (Amendment)
I, JAMES JOSEPH CARLTON, the Minister of State for Health, hereby make the following Regulations under the Pharmacy Ordinance 1931.

1. Regulation 5 of the Pharmacy Regulations is repealed and the following
regulation substituted:
Prescribed fees
"5 . The prescribed fee for the purpose of a provision of the Pharmacy
| Ordinance | 1931 specified in Column 1 of the following table is the amount |
specified in Column 2 of that table opposite to the reference to that provision.
