PHARMACY ORDINANCE

P H A R M A C Y R E G U L A T I O N S *

REGULATIONS 1967, No. 5t

1. Regulation 3 of the Pharmacy Regulations is amended by omitting sub-

regulation (4.) and inserting in its stead the following sub-regulations:—
" (4.) A motion shall not be proposed at a meeting unless notice in writing of the motion has been given to the Chairman at least seven days before the date fixed for holding the meeting.
" (4A.) The Chairman shall cause a motion of which notice has been so given to him to be included in the business paper for the meeting at which the motion is to be proposed and shall cause a copy of the notice to be sent to each member before the date fixed for holding the meeting.".

2.   Regulation 4 of the Pharmacy Regulations is amended—

(a) by omitting the words " the Register of Pharmacists " and inserting in

their stead the words " the Register "; and

(b) by omitting the words " any person " and inserting in their stead the

words " a person as a pharmacist ".

3.   Regulation 5 of the Pharmacy Regulations is amended—

(a) by omitting from sub-regulation (1.) the symbols and figures " £1 1s."

and inserting in their stead the words " Two dollars ten cents "; and

(b)	by omitting from sub-regulation (2.) the words " the Ordinance " and
inserting in their stead the words "the Pharmacy Ordinance 1931- 1967 ".

4.  Regulation 6 of the Pharmacy Regulations is amended—

(a) by omitting the words " Certificate of Registration " and inserting in

its stead the words " certificate of registration "; and

(b) by omitting the words " pharmacist registered " and inserting in their

stead the words " person registered as a pharmacist ".
