Pharmacy Amendment Regulations 2004

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1. Citation
These are the Pharmacy Amendment Regulations 2004.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation on the day on which Part 2 Jurisdiction) Amendment and Repeal Act 2004 comes into operation or on the day of their publication in the Gazette, whichever is the later.

3.             The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Pharmacy Act
Regulations 1976*.

4.	Regulation 53 repealed Regulation 53 is repealed.
5.	Part VIII heading amended The heading to Part VIII is amended by deleting “and appeals”.
6.	Regulations 67 and 68 repealed Regulations 67 and 68 are repealed.

7.             Part VIII headings deleted

The headings in Part VIII before regulations 67 and 68 are deleted.

8.             Appendix A amended

(1) Appendix A Form 9 is amended by inserting after “refused by
the Council.” —
“

Under section 26(3) of the Act, you may apply to the State

Administrative Tribunal for a review of the refusal.

”.

(2) Appendix A Forms 13 and 14 are deleted.
