Pharmacy Amendment Regulations 2003

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Pharmacy Amendment
Regulations 2003.

2.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Pharmacy Act
Regulations 1976*.

3.             Regulation 56 amended

Regulation 56(1) is amended by deleting paragraph (f) and inserting the following paragraph instead

(0 the dispensary is equipped with the basic scale

of apparatus and equipment, and with current
copies of, or immediate access to, the reference
books specified in Appendix C (whether in the
form of a written textbook or a CD-ROM, or by

way of a current on-line subscription);

4. Appendix C amended
Appendix C is amended as follows:

(a) by inserting before "Current copy of Australian Pharmaceutical Formulary" —

(b) by deleting "Current copy of Martindale The Extra Pharmacopoeia" and inserting instead
