This regulation amends the Pharmacy Regulation 1997 . ˙ Replacement of s 3 (Repeal) 3. Section 3— omit, insert — ˙ ‘ Previous societies or foreign societies that are friendly societies ‘ 3. Schedule 2 identifies, for information purposes only, the corporations that are friendly societies for section 5 of the Act, definition “friendly society”, paragraph (a).’. ˙ Amendment of schedule (Prescribed qualifications) 4.
