s1 2 s4 Pharmacy Amendment (No. 1) No. 406, 1996 ˙ Short title 1. This by-law may be cited as the Pharmacy Amendment By-law (No. 1) 1996 . ˙ By-law amended 2. This by-law amends the Pharmacy By-law 1985 . ˙ Insertion of new s 17A 3. After section 17— insert— ˙ ‘ When annual licence fee must be paid ‘ 17A.(1) A person who is already registered as a pharmacist at the beginning of a year, or becomes registered in January of a year, must pay the annual licence fee for the year on or before 31 January in the year. ‘ (2) A person who is not registered as a pharmacist in January of a year, but applies to be registered in the year, must pay the annual licence fee for the year with the registration fee.’. ˙ Amendment of schedule (Fees) 4.(1) Schedule, item 1, ‘134.00’— omit, insert— ‘136.00’. (2) Schedule, item 2, ‘107.00’— omit, insert— ‘109.00’. (3) Schedule, item 3, ‘134.00’— omit, insert— ‘136.00’.
