2 Pharmacy Amendment (No. 1) No. 502, 1993 ˙ Short title 1. This by-law may be cited as the Pharmacy Amendment By-law (No. 1) 1993 . ˙ Commencement 2. This by-law commences on 1 January 1994. ˙ Amended by-law 3. The Pharmacy By-law 1985 is amended as set out in this by-law. ˙ Replacement of ss.2–4 4. Sections 2 to 4— omit, insert— ˙ ‘Fees ‘2. The fees payable for the purposes of the Act are set out in the Schedule. ’. ˙ Replacement of s.5 (Forms) 5. Section 5— omit, insert— ˙ ‘Forms ‘5.(1) The prescribed forms for the purposes of the Act are the forms approved by the Board. ‘(2) A person may request the Board to give the person a copy of a document setting out an approved form. ‘(3) The Board must comply promptly with a request. ’. ˙ Replacement of Schedules 1 and 2 6.
