2 Pharmacy Amendment (No. 1) No. 161, 1992 ˙ Short title 1. This by-law may be cited as the Pharmacy Amendment By-law (No. 1) 1992 . ˙ Amended by-law 2. The Pharmacy By-law 1985 is amended as set out in this by-law. ˙ Amendment of s.15 (Advertisement and Display) 3. Section 15(10)— omit, insert— ‘(10) A pharmacist must not advertise a substance that is listed in Schedules 3, 4 and 8 of the Standard. ‘(10A) In subsection 10— “the Standard” has the meaning given by the Poisons Regulation 1973 . ’.
