Ordinance under the Seat of Government (Administration) Act 1910.

An Ordinance to amend the Pharmacy Ordinance 1931

Short title

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Pharmacy (Amendment) Ordinance

(No. 2) 1982.1

Principal Ordinance

2. In this Ordinance, "Principal Ordinance" means the Pharmacy
Ordinance 1931. 2

Repeal of section 19

3. Section 19 of the Principal Ordinance is repealed.

4. After section 48 of the Principal Ordinance the following section is

inserted:

"49. Where a prescribed fee is payable under this Ordinance, the prescribed
