An Act to amend the Pharmacy Amendment Act 2001

Notified under the Legislation Act 2001 on 14 March 2002

(see Legislative Assembly for the Australian Capital Territory enacts as follows:

1. Name of Act

   This Act is the Pharmacy Amendment Act 2002.

2. Commencement

   This Act commences on the day after its notification day.

3. Act amended

   This Act amends the Pharmacy Amendment Act 2001.

4. New Section 2

   substitute

5. Commencement

   This Act commences on 1 June 2002.

   NoteThe naming and commencement provisions (s 1 and s 2) automatically commenced on 24 September 2001 (see Legislation Act 2001, s 75).
