PROCLAMATION

NEW SOUTH WALES

I, Rear Admiral PETER ROSS SINCLAIR, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 (1) of the Pharmacy (Amendment) Act 1989, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint:

(a)	5 October 1990 as the day on which that Act (except Schedule 3 (2) (a), (e) and (9 and (6) to that Act) commences; and
(b)	1 January 1991 as the day on which Schedule 3 (6) to that Act commences.
