AN ORDINANCE

To amend the Pharmacy Ordinance 1931-1972.

I THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of , Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council,
hereby make the following Ordinance under the Seat of Government
(Administration) Act 1910-1972.

PHARMACY ORDINANCE 1973

1. (1) This Ordinance may be cited as the Pharmacy Ordinance

1973.*

(2) The Pharmacy Ordinance 1931-1972,f as amended by this

Ordinance, may be cited as the Pharmacy Ordinance 1931-1973.

2. Section 38 of the Pharmacy Ordinance 1931-1972 is amended by omitting paragraph (c) of sub-section (1) and substituting the following word and paragraph:—

Authorised by the ACT Parliamentary Counsel—also accessible at

" o r (c) sell or have in his possession for the purposes of sale—

(i) any medicated wine; or

(ii) any prescribed drug, preparation or article.".
