Pharmacists Registration Regulations 2007

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Pharmacists Registration Act 2001 .25 June 2007

1Short titleThese regulations may be cited as the Pharmacists Registration Regulations 2007 . 2CommencementThese regulations take effect on the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette. 3Prescribed national pharmacists bodyFor section 21(1)(a) of the Pharmacists Registration Act 2001 , the Council of Pharmacy Registering Authorities (Incorporated) is prescribed as a national pharmacists body.

Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.

Notified in the Gazette on 4 July 2007

These regulations are administered in the Department of Health and Human Services.
