I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Pharmacists Registration Act 2001 .17 November 2003

1Short titleThese regulations may be cited as the Pharmacists Registration (Fees) Regulations 2003 . 2CommencementThese regulations take effect on the seventh day after the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette. 3InterpretationIn these regulations, Act means the Pharmacists Registration Act 2001 . 4FeesThe fees set out in Schedule 1 are prescribed for the purposes of the Act.
