Pharmacists Registration (Fees) Amendment Regulations 2009

I, the Lieutenant-Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Pharmacists Registration Act 2001 .21 September 2009

1Short titleThese regulations may be cited as the Pharmacists Registration (Fees) Amendment Regulations 2009 . 2CommencementThese regulations take effect on 1 November 2009. 3Principal RegulationsIn these regulations, the Pharmacists Registration (Fees) Regulations 2003 are referred to as the Principal Regulations. 4Schedule 1 amended (Fees) Schedule 1 to the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting paragraphs (a) and (b) from item 2 and substituting:

(a) for a person who holds a direct or indirect interest in a pharmacy or in the business carried on in a pharmacy 485

(b) for any other person 380
