Pharmacists Registration (Fees) Amendment Regulations 2004

I, the Lieutenant-Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following regulations under the Pharmacists Registration Act 2001 .15 November 2004

1Short titleThese regulations may be cited as the Pharmacists Registration (Fees) Amendment Regulations 2004 . 2CommencementThese regulations take effect on the seventh day after the day on which their making is notified in the Gazette. 3Principal RegulationsIn these regulations, the Pharmacists Registration (Fees) Regulations 2003 are referred to as the Principal Regulations. 4Schedule 1 amended (Fees) Schedule 1 to the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting item 2 and substituting:

Section 22(1)(c) , section 37(2)(a) , section 40(1)

(a) for a person who holds a direct or indirect interest in a pharmacy or in the business carried on in a pharmacy

(b) for any other person
