Pharmacists (Fees) Regulations 1999

The Governor in Council, on the recommendation of the
Pharmacy Board of Victoria, makes the following
Regulations:

1. Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to increase
the fees payable to the Pharmacy Board of

Victoria.

2. Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 37 of the Pharmacists Act 1974.

3. Regulation 601 substituted

For regulation 601 of the Pharmacists Regulations

19921 substitute—

"601. Fees

The fees to be paid to the Board for the purposes of sections 11 and 15 of the Act are—

Pharmacists (Fees) Regulations 1999

r. 3 S.R. No. 130/1999
(a) fees for examination—

for each examination subject taken at a final examination controlled and directed by

the Board $65.20

(b) other fees—

(i)      registration of articles

of traineeship $108.50

(ii)     restoration of name to

register $76.00
(iii) certificate of identity $65.20
(iv) registration after final
examination $190.95

(v) registration on

certificate of
competency from some
prescribed body

outside Victoria $163.00
(vi) temporary registration $163.00
(vii) registration renewal $163.00
(viii) registration in all other
cases $163.00
(ix) approval of pharmacies $258.75

(x)

approval of pharmacy departments in private hospitals

$258.75

(xi) approval of plans and
specifications for
alterations to
pharmacies or to
pharmacy departments
in private hospitals $258.75
