Pharmacists (Fees) Regulations 1997
The Governor in Council, on the recommendation of the
Pharmacy Board of Victoria, makes the following
Regulations:

1. Objective
The objective of these Regulations is to increase
the fees payable to the Pharmacy Board ofVictoria.
2. Authorising provisions
These Regulations are made under sections 11, 15 and 37 of the Pharmacists Act 1974.
3. New regulation 601 substituted
For regulation 601 of the Pharmacists Regulations
19921 substitute—
"601. Fees
The fees to be paid to the Board are—
(a) fees for examination—
Pharmacists (Fees) Regulations 1997
S.R. No. 167/1997 r. 3 for each examination
subject taken at a final examination controlled and directed by the
$60.00
Board
(b) other fees—
(i) registration of
articles of
traineeship $100.00
(ii) restoration of name
to register $70.00
(iii) certificate of
identity $60.00
(iv) registration after
final examination $176.00 (v) registration on
certificate of
competency from
some prescribed
body outside
Victoria $150.00 (vi) temporary
registration $150.00
(vii) registration $150.00 renewal
(viii) registration in all
other cases $150.00
(ix) approval of
pharmacies $239.00 (x) approval of
pharmacy
departments in
private hospitals $239.00

(xi) approval of plans and specifications for alterations to
pharmacies or to
pharmacy
departments in
private hospitals $239.00 (xii) for a copy of the
register $59.50
(xiii) for an extract from
the register $5.60.".
