Pharmacists (Fees) Regulations 1996
The Governor in Council, on the recommendation of the
Pharmacy Board of Victoria, makes the following
Regulations:

1. Objective
The objective of these Regulations is to increase
the level of the fees payable to the PharmacyBoard of Victoria.
2. Authorising provisions
These Regulations are made under sections 11, 15 and 37 of the Pharmacists Act 1974.
3. Fees increased
For regulation 601 of the Pharmacists Regulations
19921 substitute—
"601. Fees
The fees to be paid to the Board are—

(a) Fees for examination— for each examination
subject taken at a final
examination controlled and
directed by the Board $57.50 (b) Other fees—
(i) registration of articles
of traineeship $97.00 (ii) restoration of name to
register $67.00
(iii) certificate of identity $57.00 (iv) registration after final
examination $168.00 (v) registration on
certificate of
competency from
some prescribed body
outside Victoria $143.00 (vi)
temporary registration $143.00 (vii)
registration renewal $143.00 (viii) registration in all
other cases $143.00 (ix) approval of
pharmacies $228.00 (x)
approval of pharmacy departments in private hospitals $228.00
