STATUTORY RULES.
REGULATIONS UNDER THE PHARMACEUTICAL BENEFITS ACT 1947-1949.*

THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the
advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations
under the

Amendments of the Pharmaceutical Benefits Regulations.
“ (3a.) The last preceding sub-regulation does not apply to the pharmaceutical benefits specified in items 58, 59, 60 and 61 in the Second Schedule to these Regulations”.
(
a ) by omitting from column 5 the figures “ 12 ” (wherever occurring) and inserting in their stead the figure “ 3 ” ; and(
b ) by omitting from column 6 the figure “ 3 ” (wherever occurring) and inserting in its stead the figures “ 12 ”.* Notified in the
