1. Name

This instrument is the PGPA Act Special Account Determination 2016/02 (Australia-Indonesia Partnership for Reconstruction and Development (Loans) Special Account 2015) — Revocation.

Note 1      All special account determinations and compilations are registered on the Federal Register of Legislation (FRL) kept under the Legislation Act 2003. See type="1">

Commencement

This instrument takes effect on the day provided for by paragraph 79(5)(a) of the PGPA Act.

1. Authority

This instrument is made under subsection 78(3) of the PGPA Act.

1. Definitions

In this instrument:

PGPA Act means the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013.

1. Revocation

For paragraph 78(3) of the PGPA Act, the PGPA Act Special Account Determination 2015/01 (Australia–Indonesia Partnership for Reconstruction and Development (Loans) Special Account 2015) – Establishment and Variation is revoked on the earlier of:

(a)    the day its balance reaches zero; or

(b)   30 June 2016.
