Part 1—Preliminary

1  Name

This instrument is the PGPA Act Determination (AGS Special Accounts Amendments 2017).

2  Commencement

(1)  Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

3  Authority

This instrument is made under subsection 78(3) of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013.

4  Definitions

In this instrument:

Act means the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013.

Client Funds determination means the PGPA Act (AGS Client Funds Special Account 2015 – Establishment) Determination 2015/03, made under subsection 78(1) of the Act.

Operational determination means the PGPA Act (AGS Operational Special Account 2015 – Establishment) Determination 2015/02, made under subsection 78(1) of the Act.

Part 2—Amendment of special account determinations

5  Amendment of the Client Funds determination

For the purposes of paragraph 78(3) of the Act, the Client Funds determination is varied as follows:

Subsection 2(b) is repealed.

6  Amendment of the Operational determination

For the purposes of paragraph 78(3) of the Act, the Operational determination is varied as follows:

Subsection 2(b) is repealed and replaced with:

(b)     This determination stops having effect at the end of 30 June 2019.
