  1. Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Petroleum (Submerged Lands) (Registration Fees) Amendment Regulations 2009 (No. 1).

  1. Commencement

These Regulations commence on 1 July 2009.

  1. Amendment of Petroleum (Submerged Lands) (Registration Fees) Regulations 1990

Schedule 1 amends the Petroleum (Submerged Lands) (Registration Fees) Regulations 1990.
