Amendment Regulations 2002

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations may be cited as the Petroleum (Submerged

2.            Commencement

These regulations come into operation on 1 July 2002.

3. The regulations amended
The amendments in these regulations are to the Petroleum
(Submerged Lands) Registration Fees Regulations 1990*.

4.            Regulation 3 amended

(1)	Regulation 3(1) is amended by deleting "$600.00" and inserting instead — " $616.00 ".
(2)	Regulation 3(2) is amended by deleting "$600.00" and inserting Instead — " $616.00 ".
(3)	Regulation 3(3) is amended by deleting "$3 000.00" and inserting instead — " $3 078.00 ".
(4)	Regulation 3(4) is amended by deleting "$600.00" and inserting instead — " $616.00 ".
(5)	Regulation 3(5) is amended by deleting -$3 000.00- and
inserting instead — " $3 078.00 ".
